Our condominiums are owned by many people, mainly students from Kinki University's Faculty of Industrial Science and Engineering and Kyushu Institute of Technology.
In addition, in order to respond promptly to a wide range of needs not only to students but also members of society and elderly people, our maintenance department manages properties and supports the creation of comfortable living spaces.

We are engaged in everything from new development of large-scale commercial facilities to tenant leasing. We have worked on leasing for movie theaters and many restaurants.
Also, in addition to real estate development in Kitakyushu City and Kurume City, we are actively engaged in developer business outside Saga Prefecture, including Kumamoto Prefecture.
